Hey Jenna! I think that it's really cool that your Dad bakes all of those cool cakes. They look really professional, which just means that you have a good mentor. I can tell from the pictures that you are enjoying this project a lot, and making some really good looking cakes/crepes. It's sad that I won't be able to see your presentation because I'm not in your block, however I think you will do a great job! Also, how exactly are you going to present cake making? Are you simply going to make something live (time consuming) or are you going to bring some in for the audience to taste? I think with food you should give the audience some to taste, otherwise they don't know if you have actually accomplished your task. Anyways good luck!
